Founder of Posh Aesthetics, Tanzi is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner specializing in aesthetic procedural and family practice medicine. Raised in Michigan, her deep-rooted passion for skincare and rejuvenation emerged from her own journey with adolescent acne and scars.
With a diverse educational background, Tanzi holds a business degree from The University of Michigan–Dearborn, a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Trinity Washington University, and a master’s degree in Nurse Practitioner from Old Dominion University.

Posh Appointment & Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation or rescheduling made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a $50 non-refundable fee.

Arriving 10 minutes late may result in the cancellation or rescheduling of your appointment.

A $50 Booking Fee is required for all new clients. If the appointment is canceled at least 24 hours in advance, the booking fee is refundable. The $50 booking fee can be used for services.
